I have an issue with my phone as it cannot charge or display a charge light, currently I have found no working solution so I guess I will send it back to the makers, however inside the box there is no things that give any detail of a warranty. I am disappointed as I got this phone new about 2 months ago on amazon

If you're EU based, you have a 2 year warranty on all electrical goods as standard. US folks it's one year so either way you're covered (regardless of what it says in the box).

When you send it back, they'll probably ask for proof of purchase, so if you just print your Amazon order confirmation page, that should be sufficient.
