How do i partioned my SD card so i can move apps to my SD card?

Good Luck. Copy EVERYTHING off your sdcard. or, get a new card. everything is gonna get wiped.
Also, The process will be the same with whatever Recovery you have(CWM or TouchNav or whatever) So you dnot need that CWM specifically.
