Well it seems everyone now what the Google phone looked like, but we just didn't know it was going to change names.

According to BGR photos and the Washington Times Google employees have the luck of demo-ing the HTC made phone.

The phone shares a similarity with the Sprint Hero also built by HTC. The Nexus One is supposed to drop in January. Though, I think Q1 is safer to say.

As stated in the Washington Times, the phone will not be tied down to one carrier, but instead be sold unlocked through various GSM carriers. This would disqualify Sprint and Verizon.

The phone which is expect to have a Snapdragon 1GHz processor will be running Android 2.1.

The phone, which is thinner than the iPhone will have 2 microphones, a virtual keyboard with speech to text software and an OLED touchscreen and a high end digital camera.

Nexus One will be sold by Google. No one carrier will sell the phone according to reports.
