Help Phone Dials in Speaker

I am flummoxed at this point. My phone dials in speaker phone. I can of course simply press the onscreen button to turn off the speaker phone while it's dialing.

In the past when I've had this, I have found that my Car Panel had somehow been turned on.

Not this time. I've re-booted my phone, I've checked running apps and I'm stumped. I'm sure it's probably a setting somewhere, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out.

Anyone have any ideas? It's probably so simple that I'm missing it.

you talking about the key presses make loud souonds when pressing, or the actual ringing is over speaker?
if its the key presses, you can turn them off in the settings>sound>audible touch tones, select off.

if it is the ringing, i have no clue.
