I just got a new bluetooth for handsfree car talking, but when I go to set it up with my Captivate, it doesn't show up when I scan devices. The only thing that shows up is my husband's MacBook. How do I get the phone to recognize my device?
Check the manual on your Bluetooth device. It will require you to make it visible so it can be paired. This is so someone cannot drive by and pair with it.
