I tried to get my phone unlocked from its original carrier, and it has now become "hardlocked". I talked to some local cell repair stores that said mixed things. One said flashing it wouldn't do anything, that it is basically stuck with the carrier, while a few others said it can be flashed. I am quite new to this so your help is greatly appreciated. The phone is an LG Optimus 2x P990hN locked on FIDO in Canada. The phone was activated about a month ago. Thank you in advance for any help.
