phone reset after turning wifi ON/OFF Twice

Hello all ...
This is driving me crazy !
whenever I turn wifi on for 2nd time (it means after a turnon-turnoff) my Gio get slow and at last ----> Reset !

any help will Reeeaaaaallllyyyyy Appreciated !

second ! what exactly do you mean by "tweaks" ?
There is something in this Rom's settings called "Tablet Tweaks" . I've been using a "soft bottom" for search. I Disabled it as I read your post!
accordingly please explain the exact meaning of Tweaks and thank you again !
