My Triumph thinks it's being charged via USB when it is plugged into the AC wall charger. See the screenshot below:

I am using the included Motorola AC Charger and the Ecomoto micro USB cable that I've been using since I got the phone. Because it thinks it's charging via USB it takes FOREVER to charge. I am running MTDEV-CM7 12/28. Is my USB port going? I also tried reseating the battery but it didn't help.

I don't think your port is going, fwiw.
I've seen this on mine before too.
Same charger/cable combination that shows ac plugged on my buddies phone.
I've tried different combinations and gotten different, random results.
I wish I knew how it detected ac plugged or usb plugged.

I found something on like Wikipedia. It basicaly said that it has to do with the resistance on the Data line. There are like three profiles.

As far as testing the phone, I would flash the stock ROM that I made and see if the phone detects the charger as USB or AC. If it shows USB it's a hardware issue, charger , cable or phone. Then I would look at other chargers. Maybe a friend's charger.
