Help Phone won't turn on

Hey all, yesterday i wanted to check my email at my phone. When i pressed the power button the phone didn't respond. Ten minutes earlier it worked fine. So i tried to power on my phone but it didn't power on at all. No signs of activity. Even when i tried to charge it, no led turned on. So my phone is completely dead and i can't get into recovery mode. What do i need to do? Please help

Hello and welcome to the forums . if I was you I get some ghost busters . hahaha .

First remove the battery for 30 seconds . now place battery back in plug up in ac/DC wall outlet and give it 10 second count remove battery and place back in while holding down the power button keep holding down the power til you see life . :eek: still nothing post back
 
Hey, i tried that, no signs of life at all. Isn't there a way to reset phone like they do it ehen you send it for repairs? Thanks!
 
No a battery is needed it don't work on air nor peanut butter a battery . do you know anyone with this device maybe switch batteries until u figure out it needs one . take to carrier store ask them to test it
 
I was just wondering, because a while ago i used my phone without a battery on the charger, and it actually worked. But thnx i'll try
