Help Photo load error

Hi!
I have a problem with publishing photos on social networks. When I want to publish it on instagram, FB or Twitter, it is always the same. I can do everything in this apps, just can't publish photo. But I can for instance publish it on hangouts or I can load it on mail. When I try to publish, after a while of trying, it says upload failed. I have this problem for a while now (months), but back then it worked.
I have a Nexus 4, android version 4.4.3.

Thanks for any help!
 
Do those networks limit the size, either in pixels or MB? It could be that the image is too large.
 
I just tried to publish 256x256 and 180 KB, but it still doesn't work. I already tried to delete data and reinstall apps. Still, nothing.
