Help Photo/Scan of Nexus 7 2012 Warranty Policy Booklet

Hi guys, long story short I need a copy of the warranty booklet for the Nexus 7 2012 version for insurance purposes. I no longer have my box and it's not available online anywhere.

Can someone be so kind to post a couple scans of the warranty booklet that comes in the box? As long as it's clear and legible that would be great. Even smart phone photos with a decent phone would be great.

Where are you based? I've the booklet in my hand, but my UK warranty booklet may differ slightly to the US variant.

I'm in Canada which is probably the same warranty as the US. Not sure if UK is different as Asus has worldwide.
