Help Pisasa sync with Engage - how to?

The promo materials talk about syncing with Picasa, but nothing seems to come preloaded.

Cannot find anything in settings, or in apps, so am wondering if there is a specific app for ZTE I need to download. There are several out there, but rather than download and fidget, thought I'd ask first.
