Please help
sudden strange problem I installed 3 games with a volume of 4gb almost and I run the games and thing we're OK suddenly games are not running obb game folders disappeared and a space of 4 GB still consumed and the games apk still installed so I uninstall the apk files hoping that the 4 GB redeemed b stiBut unfortunately the 4gb still occupied but missing I searched all folders to find where did this folder moved to but no result! so I hard reset the tablet and the 4 GB redeemed then reinstalled the games again and run it normslly for several times but after one day with nothing done the games folders disappeared! !!!! Any help
 
Onda dual OS is the tablet name any game folders (com.ae.asphalt) for example installed in the obb folder it will be auto deleted after a while no specific action been repeated to cause this deletion so the obb folder no more contains any games folders but at the same the internal storage still shows the volume of the missing games still consumed !
 
Want to say that the same folders and games installed in my other devices and it never react the same lastly the onda android version in 4.4.4

No games been purchased from Google play before and it's been restored in my computer for multi usage sense I have several taps and mobiles also the same games been installed in different Samsung mobiles and tablets for several times due to hard reset but it never did this before finally this Chinese tablet score 7.5 by Android authority
 
Try going to your settings then click storage then your misc if the games are listed click on them and delete them if this doesn't help then I would do a factory reset

Unfortunately doesn't work ....HR is the only solution to retrieve the missing space
