Root please help lost stock launcher

My wife was messing with my phone and somehow lost my launcher and now I can't see anything but a black screen and the status bar...can i install a different launcher or the stock launcher back on my phone with adb? If so can someone provide me with the stock launcher apk and explain to me how to use adb? Thanks in advance!
