Help Please help

So, after a while of having a new phone I got bored of it and wanted my Samsung Galaxy Ace s5839i back but the problem is

The reason I moved to my new phone is because I deleted a an app "The dial pad one" and it well broke it.

I have formated it, all that stuff but now when I boot it I get this message when trying to click the android guy in which it doesn't do anything I can just repeatedly click it.

The message what pops up is the process com.android.phone pops up and well I click okay still nothing.

Any ideas in how I can fix this will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Well if you have a back up this would be helpful in this matter. Are you rooted if so just reflash the ROM in the recovery without wiping anything

Yes I am rooted, but my phone does not seem to be going into download mode.

Are you using correct key methods
Are trying recovery or you speaking of fastboot

Re flashed it after having to use an alternative from the normal key's to get to the download mode.

All working now however.
