Please devs, dont give up on this phone. there are alot of improvements that can be made with this device (like the outdated android os) also im not even coming close to being a dev or anything, but i know that this phone has a little potential. indulge owners were already abandoned by metro and now we are being "abandoned by devs". come on, isnt that one main reason for developing, to get a more modern os onto phones that really need it. thanks to KOnane for basix and that electrifying kernel, but are you seriously saying that is only one dev for this device. please i call out to every dev that knows how to develop roms, port roms, and mod s***. we need this message out, we need more devs working on this phone, and we need gingerbread for the most part. yes im talkin about the r910. i payed almost $400 for this phone, please devs, help us out.
 
Updating Android is a much larger undertaking than you might think, and thus far, simply isn't possible. I don't have the necessary skillset.

However, some are investigating it as I have.
