Help possible app lookout just shows up on my inc

Hey guys, I just got a notice to sign up for "lookout", It appears to be security and backup and is free. Anyone else get this?

I've had it since I got my phone and really like it. The location works well. I've tracked my phone to within a couple yards, placed it in my neighbors house but that's close enough. The siren works awesome and is amazingly loud, the only way to stop it was to pull the battery. No remote wipe our nuke yet but they're working on it.

It is a great app. Scans your downloads as you get them for virus' and is decently well known.

I have Lookout and it is ok, I disabled the virus scanning part of it because at this point in time it seems to me I really don't need it. I still have the backup and phone finder part working. I noticed an improvement in my battery life when I turned off the virus scanning part. Something to checking into.
