Root Possible Nexus 7 brick

Hi there, new here and in need of help
My Nexus 7 wifi 2012 model updated to lollipop. I tired to go back by using wugfresh's tool and no luck. I then tried another method that managed to wreck everything. Now when I turn it on I get a boot failed message and nothing more. Is it bricked or saveable and if so, please point me in the right direction.

I am not a total doofus with this stuff as I have soft modded a wii and installed roms on my old samsung phone. having said that, I still need things spelt out clearly to me.

Anyway, hope to get somewhere with this

I know it's been awhile since your post but if you're still around and still have the issue, are you trying to turn it on normally to boot into the OS or are you trying to use a key combination to access the bootloader?
