Help Problem booting up after drop

Hi folks,

I have a T-mobile G2 with Froyo (I didnt want to update since I use visionary to temp root). It doped to the floor. Since then I cannot get past the HTC screen. I opened it up and there's nothing broken.

I tried using this guide Download T-Mobile

Make sure the file isn't in any other folders, just on the root of the sd card. Make sure it is named "PC10IMG.zip" one mistake alot of people make is in renaming the file, they will put "PC10IMG.zip.zip" also check the md5 sum, if you had a corrupted IMG it won't flash.

Make sure your battery is at 100%.

Thanks for the tip.

I downloaded it again and made sure of the name and location/path.

Still the same display of no image or image is invalid.

Any other tips I can follow?

The only thing I can think is the drop messed uo the card slot. Maybe bring it to a tmo store and see if they will apply the update or file a claim if you are covered.

cant file a claim since he voided the warranty by opening it up
