Help problem with galaxy

hy all,i have a some problems with galaxy,and did the factory reset/wipe data and after that reboot and now i can't up my phone...i turn it on and it stick on loading,what to do :S

Hello.

You should use Odin to flash a firmware to your phone. This will fix most issues and is the best thing you can do. There is a tutorial here.
