problem with my phone

Hi. Can anybody help me with my phone problem
I ve HTC sensation xe. I just noticed that my screen auto rotation has stopped working.
I checked the settings, n disabled n then again enabled the auto rotate screen option. But its still not working. Please can nyone help me wid dat
