Help Problem with my San Francisco II

So I've got a San Francisco II, I managed to root & flash it yesterday. I've now decided that I need to re-flash with a different ROM, since the one I've installed is not well calibrated, and when I press something on the screen, it hits something else.

Anyway, I've got Clockwork mod installed on the phone. To root & unlock the device, I used this guide: http://ztecrescent.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/osf-ii-unlocking.html
I used this rom: http://files.podtwo.com/roms/stock/zte/blade2/OUK_P736VV1.0.0B11-update_signed.zip
Everytime I try to boot into recovery mode with clockwork mod, I'm just left stuck on this screen:

I can't format the phone either, it does the same thing as the image above for that.
Here's some of what I can see from Clockwork mod..
I'm new to rooting and android, so I've probably screwed it up, but there's a first time for everything.

Any help would be great.
Thanks.

That isn't clockwork mod. That's an app to call CWM when you reboot. You get into CWM by holding down "vol - " and pressing power on from power off, without usb connected. If cwm isn't installed you get a white screen with FTM on it.

I think some of the roms on that link are duff. I'd recommend Fish'N'Chips 4 on modaco.

That's what I'm trying to install, however can't without getting into recovery.

How do I get clockwork mod?
