Whenever I download a book and open it, I get an error message telling me that an unexpected error has occurred and readers hub will close. Any ideas what this is about? My tablet is brand new and not rooted! I have uploaded a screenshot. Thanks.
Have you tried doing a hard reset back to factory settings? This method usually clears up any software glitch, but at the cost of having to redo your entire setup as it erases everything on the device.
