Help Problems installing update 2.0.1....

I received the notification to get the update this morning. I clicked on update and waited for 10 minutes before I get a fail. I went into the settings/about phone and system update and it stated my phone was up to date???

I tried to do it manually by downloading the update from here and loaded it onto my sd card. This also failed, I don't know what's going on with my phone. This is my 2nd Droid since the first one the bottom buttons ie the home button etc stopped working.

My phone has been rooted and that worked fine but can't get the 2.0.1 update installed.

Help please...

So after getting frustrated about not getting the update I took a closer look at the error message and it mentioned CorpCal.apk. I renamed the CorpCal.apk to CorpCal.bak since I don't use the Corporate Calendar. After renaming this back the upgrade went through without a hitch.
