Help Problems with screen after ICS Update?

Ever since I upgraded to ICS I've been having problems with my screen. Ill click on an app or try and swipe to the next home screen and my phone will lag a little and then all of the sudden all of the font is messed up. I took a screen shot thanks to the new feature :)

Anyone else having this problem? It only happens on the home screen, never while in an app. Also if I open an app and close it right afterwards the screen goes back to normal for about 5 mintues.
 
I have not seen or heard of this at all, are you rooted or is this an OTA update. I played with the OTA for a few hours before going back to a ROM and didn't have this issue. If you are rooted and have CWM you could try wiping the dalvik cache. That will not remove any of your settings or data.
