Psx emulator

I am VERY new to the whole ANDROID scene but none the less stoked! I am not that tech savvy so I had a question about the PSX (sp) Emulator. If you download it how do you go about getting games on it. I would like to play the old FF and Resident Evil but I just don't know how to get the games on the Emulator. Where do I get the games from? Do you pay for them separately? Maybe a quick overview of the steps of how I would go from getting the emulator and adding games.

There are a few threads (try searching PSX)...but, you'll need to go to google.com and search PSX Roms. The emulator is more or less the "console" itself. You pay only once for it. Hope this helps.
