Pure Edition still has Moto apps?

Does the pure edition of the 2014 moto x still contain Moto's custom apps for this phone such as Moto Display and the always listening feature, or is it truly stock android?

From my searching, it seems like it does have these, but I never found a post where anyone came right out and said it point blank. I'm thinking about buying the Moto X PE very soon, but it sounds like Motos custom apps are actually quite desirable. However, I'd really hate carrier bloatware, plus I'm leaning towards the 64 Gb, which is only available with the Pure Edition.

Motos customs apps will be on there. Its standard on all moto x 2014 phones because well, its from Motorola. Its like how when you get a carrier phone, it comes with the carrier bloat ware apps. When you get the moto x, you'll get the moto apps! It doesn't matter if you get the carrier phone or if you get the pure edition. The moto x is basically stock android, with Motorola's very small touches like the moto apps. I hope this helps!

Thanks, that is exactly what I was asking. I prefer stock android but I want the moto apps because I hear they are actually good. That just about finalizes my decision. Now I just have to find out if anything beats an unlocked 64Gb moto x for around $500

The Moto Apps you don't want, you can disable in the apps section, providing it's not something that is needed to run your phone smoothly. I have a bunch I have disabled, this way I don't have to update them either. ;)
