Help Puzzled!?

Hi I have a problem with my phone & was wondering if anybody would be kind enough to help me out. My phone was working as normal then I find that when people ring me it goes straight to answerphone. My memos are all gone & my phone dose'nt lock. Previously when I went to knock my phone off I would have an option to switch phone to silent mode...now my only option is to switch phone off. When I receive texts, I don't here text tone....

Any guidance/help would be much appreciated.

Some of that things could be solved, but so many problems I think you've better flash a new firmware with odin ou custom recovey

Would it not be easier just to factory reset the phone? The OP does not say his phone is rooted, which the Odin flash method would require, wouldn't it?

I appreciate replys I took phone into Samsung store & explained problem. They advised me to reset phone.

Ok I reset phone. The problem is when I install apps, googlemail, facebook & tinder for example. When I install the apps on my phone, that is when pop ups reading "error facebook Katrina blah blah blah" "error googlemail 5665567" Pop ups start appearing not long after I install apps...when pop ups start appearing that is when all the problems I mentioned in original post start.

I have reset phone several times & not difference. If I don't install apps then phone works fine. Many thanks.
