Question about People and Favorites

After I assign a contact to a group (favorites, co-workers, family, etc) that contact no longer shows up on the "all" contacts list. This is true except for one of my contacts, who is correctly in All, Co-workers and favorites.

Shouldn't the All group have everybody who is a contact including everybody in favorites and the other groups. I know I must be doing something wrong.

By "All group", do you mean "All Contacts"? I have contacts that are in groups and also in all contacts. So yes it should show everyone under all. Perhaps try resetting your phone to see if that helps.
