Root Question about ROMs for androids.

So, i was about to install a ROM for my android, and i would like to know if i install a ROM will i be able to go back to my original ROM ?
and which are the best ROMs for the admire ?

favorite rom so far is monster 5 its clean smooth and fastif you want return to back to your old BACKUP your old rom with cwm BEFORE you flash the new one

Yup, I have never used the phone to record video, so it slipped my mind.

But other than that, it's a pretty good ROM.
