Root Random reboots during Phone calls with Liberty

I just had my first phone convo running Liberty and my phone rebooted twice within 5 minutes of the call beginning. The third time it did not reboot.

Things that could affect this::

- I came from Gummyjar 2.5 and did not wipe data
- I used toolbox to swap AOSP contacts with Wycontacts
- I used toolbox to install Nextheme, and change the font and boot animation
- I currently have the JRummy overclock program installed with widget on my desktop, but stock frequencies and voltages set

Any ideas on this one?
 
I did pretty much everything you did, keeping GummyJar, I didn't do as many tweaks as you (my contacts are the same) and I have no issues.
 
Crossing my fingers that it was an isolated incident. In another random event, I can't seem to get the Gingerbread keyboard to install. I tried switching between the Froyo AOSP and the Gingerbread keyboards and they look exactly the same. Steven, is your gingerbread keyboard working?
 
i had the same thing happen, came from rubix 1.9 ( i think ) wiped data and installed liberty. my first call i made i couldnt hang up. the screen would go black when i hit end call. pulled the battery and its been fine since.
 
Considering how much I love the speed and customizability of this ROM, I'm glad to hear that this might be a big nothing. Meckert is your Gingerbread keyboard working? Selecting the Gingerbread keyboard only seems to load the Froyo one (I can tell because it looks exactly like the Froyo one, including missing the "settings" button on the keyboard).
 
Scratch that, I understand the problem now. Once all 3 keyboards are installed (Froyo, GB, Blur) the toolbox no longer switches between them. It will say that the keyboard was changed successfully, but it doesn't actually switch.. The only time that a switch will be successful is when switching to a keyboard that is being installed for the first time.

Can anyone else replicate this behavior?
 
I'm getting an issue with liberty where every time I hang up the phone it reboots. Any ideas? Came from gummy 2.5. Have vanilla theme, black notification bar with clock removed, and LPP.

Not sure. Im going to make an official issues compilation thread tomorrow with these and more glitches that I found. It's only natural that with as many options as liberty offers, there's bound to be defects and bugs.

I'll get a running list going tomorrow.
 
if this even happens once its a deal breaker for me until they fix it....cant have that at work.
 
I had issues coming from GummyJar 2.5 to Liberty without wiping data and cache. Had Force Closes everytime I tried to open Spare Parts from Menu, Liberty Settings, Spare Parts.

Also, never got the Liberty boot animation, ever, just the flashing ANDROID word.

And had a missing Market after applying the Revolution Remix theme.

Backed up my apps with Liberty toolbox, my homescreen settings with LP+, wiped data, cache, and system and reinstalled Liberty from the original zip file for a clean install. Restored apps and homescreen, reapplied the Revolution Remix with no problems this time. Spare Parts opens now with no problems from the Liberty Settings Menu.

Long story short, I highly recommend wiping data and cache before installing Liberty. ;)
