Help rapid beeping

hey all

i just turned my phone off this morning and when it was shutting down it fired out several rapid beeps and looked like it had a notification come up. it happened again when i turned it on. i cant seem to figure out what it was though!

anyone got any ideas?!

Lol. Whoops! I put SD card notifications on the other day and then forgot i had. The noise is the SD card mounting and dismounting! Numpty!
