Root Re-locking the bootloader and unrooting/Flashing Stock ROM... on Linux

Ok, I need to return this device back to original factory everything, re-lock the boot loader, and flash stock ROM with no root.

I know how to do it under Windows, but how do you do it under Linux? I'm on Ubuntu 13.0. I figured out how to get the Android SDK tools installed. Just run it the same way as under Windows, or?

Except for the directory names if the files aren't all in the same place, it should work the same. su first, of course.

I'm having trouble with relocking as well. I would like to restore this unlocked CM phone back to stock. The RUU says that the hboot is too new.

Does anyone have the stock ROM in zip form, or an updated RUU?
