Help Really need help

Guys I seemed to have downloaded an kernel and when I flshed it it like soft bricked my device. No whenever I start it it's a yellow triangle & the word samsung flashing. I already did a factory reset but I don't think I have a rom on it anymore please respond fast /;;

I fixed the verification thing & flashed the kernel but still does not work.

Flash one of the stock Roms in my how to get to jb thread, 3rd post down is stock rom and kernel

If that don't work, you may have to flash the stock.tar with Odin3
