Help Rebooting Phone Results in HSPA Speeds

Well this is interesting. Ever since 6.0.1, when I reboot the phone or even if I simply turn off cell service it will often come back on under HSPA vs LTE. I have to turn off and on cell data a few times to get it back to LTE.

I was curious if anyone else is seeing this same issue, and maybe just maybe they have a fix?

I have the same problem... Sometimes I put the airplane mode.. And when it goes back it's on LTE
