VZW note 2 here. If I connect to my computer and pull the battery while still on usb, it reboots... same as every samsung phone I've had.
But keep it on usb, put the battery in and reboot... battery reports like 4% even with a very well charged battery. Reboots on usb, same issue.
Only way to get around this is to unplug usb (I also pulled the battery and put it back in) and then boot it up to get the proper reading.
Anyone else?
