Kit Kat had the option to "Clear All" when viewing "Recent Apps" Screen.
Has that option been removed from 5.0.2?
I like the new "Carousel" display but would like to clear it from time to time.
Thanks

You just swipe them away :)
the clear all option will probably come back later though I have 5.1 running & its still gone.

*revive*

The clear option is on the bottom right side a little cascade icon looking button. Push that and all irrelevant notifications slide away.

Then it's time to install a rom then
Not trying to hijack, just help.

haha agree!

I installed cm 5.1.1 the other week on an old htc m7, and things like battery percentage being displayed in the notification bar, and "clear all" button in recent apps i would love to see on stock android

In recent apps, press the menu button (top right corner), select settings and then grid view. You have the clear all option in grid view. As far as the battery percentage, go to power in the main settings and enable show battery level.

That's not possible on stock, unless you're using a custom rom
