Help Recent Lists

How do I clear the recent list on the T-Mobile Prism other than rebooting the phone?

To view the recent list, press and hold the home screen icon (the little house).

On my S2 I can long click on whatever I don"t want and an option to delete from list appears.

Welcome to Android Forums AceH. I'm not familiar with your phone but with a HTC phone you can go into settings>apps>app(in question) and clear cache.
