I've read the other threads but can't get my phone to accept the programs to root the phone or any of the recovery software to restore the videos I've lost. Can someone make this stupid simple for me? I'm just sick!
So everything I'm finding says I have to root to recover, and I'm finding that the 4.3 ML2 version is not have a root yet....am I just out of luck until there is a root for this version? Is there a recovery option that doesn't require root?
