Help Remove ap

Can anyone tell me how to remove "Angry birds" from my LG Optimus (first choice) , or at least, how to prevent it from frequently wanting to install updates?
I do NOT want to universally turn off "updates" - only for this bird game.

Go into the android market >> my apps >> angry birds unclick the box that says allow automatic updates

And if you want to get rid of it completely go to settings I thinks its application management and uninstall angry birds from there.

I also have an LG Optimus 2x, and I don't have an option to uninstall angry birds in my Application Management. It's greyed out.

I would really like to delete it from my phone. How can I do this?

Can you not delete it by going into the settings? Or was it pre installed ap
