Root remove iced speed screen

I want to remove this and restore stock HTC screen that came with the phone. how do I do this?

you will have to inject the new image with a custom kernel flash

I don't have the flashable zip, but I would find a splash screen.img. Then I would unzip the rom find the splash folder, remove the splash screen, rename the downloaded splash to the original, re zip the rom, and flash it
