Help Removing Music From Lock Screen

Hey all, this is probably a newbie question but is there any way to remove the Music widget from the lock screen? I've tried disabling everything in the Lock Screen settings to no avail. I was able to remove the widget once by trashing the main panel in the lock screen (and the music widget went with it), but it came back to the lock screen the moment I opened the Music app. It's not a HUGE deal, but I'm hoping there's an option to not have it come up. I've already had one of my songs randomly blare out at work while it was in my pocket (no idea how that happened). I've just upgraded from a Galaxy S1 (Captivate) and I'm loving the S4.

Hi emisinclair. Welcome to AF. You might try long pressing the widget. After a bit a trashcan should appear. Without lifting your finger from the widget, simply drag it off to the trash. The widget is not removed from your phone, just removed from that screen.
It can be moved from one screen to another using the same method... long press and drag to the edge of the screen until it is on the next screen. You can at any time long press an empty spot on a screen and then choose widget from the menu provided and choose the music widget to reinstall. Have fun.

Your question appears to be about the Galaxy S4, not about the S (or as you call it, the S1). This forum is for the Galaxy S (or if you prefer, the Galaxy S1 4G). Please let us know if your question is about the S4 and you would like the thread moved to that forum.
