Help Resets

So my phone will soft reset sometimes when I change scenes. Anyone else notice this? No, I don't live in or near NC. I did see one random reset while it was sitting on my desk.
I'm thinking this must be software related, but the phone really is "Incredible!"

It might be. You can do a factory reset by going into settings. This might help.
it will delete any data you don't have backed up.
