Restore to Replacement, Non-Rooted -- Any Help?

Hey.

I got a replacement phone due to multiple issues.

I'd really like to restore to the replacement. I am not rooted so Titanium Backup is not an option. This is a Moto phone (!) so Carbon appears not to be an option.

Any advice? I am reasonably techie, use macs but suffer from FOB...
(Fear Of Bricking...;-)

Gotta send it back quick or get dinged $300+, btw.
