Root Reverted back to 1.6 - am I still the root user?

Hello!
I've been browsing this forum for ages now but this is my first post.

I've rooted my phone long ago, installed recovery, and when galaxyupdater got out just updated everything with a click.

Now I've reverted back to 1.6 JC6 (dont ask why ) and I'm confused, am I still root enabled? I thought I would be, but I've installed SU and tested it on MarketAccess and it doesn't work.

N00b question probably, I know.

If you used Odin, then no, you are not.

You could install the custom recovery again to get root access and keep your 1.6 firmware if you like it so much.
