Help Ring Once? Impossible for Moment?

My old phone had a "ring once" option, whereby the phone would emit only one ring upon receiving a call and just vibrate for additional rings. It appears the Moment can not do that, correct? Is there an app?
 
I don't know of any app that may do that , But Maybe you could download Ringdroid off the android Market -> Create a ringtone that rings for the first few seconds then is silent -> therefore creating One ring + Vibrate{Beginning of Ringtone} followed by vibrating {Silent part of the ringtone}.

Sorry but I don't know any other way , hopefully someone else will come up with a simple idea though :)
