You could try to uninstall them then reinstall them. If that doesn't work try Moboplayer. It has the same features Rockplayer and a few more I believe.

uninstalled Rockplayer and reinstalled and it now works. Damn my Evo has been crazy lately, been gettin many apps not working and missing contacts for no reasons
