I'm by no means an Apple hater, I love Apple, I don't like the whole fight between them, I love my Macbook, iPad and my iPod touch, both Android and Apple have great firmware.
I just got my new Android phone yesterday, I'm not big on phones, I rarely text or call so an expensive iPhone was out of the question, I had a Windows phone previously, a Samsung Omnia 2, that was the worst phone i've owned, I only got it because people were saying it's better than an iPhone (THE LIARS) it was a rubbish resistive touch smartphone with terrible firmware which always crashed.
This is where android came in, I didn't want to pay a high price for an iPhone and I also didn't want to get a phone running on unreliable firmware, so I made the decision to go android, I opted for the tiny Sony Xperia U which comes with 5000 texts, 250 mins and 500mb internet for a very cheap price
exactly what I needed and I'm digging it.
