Root Root - First Attempt = FAIL

So, I'm attempting to root my Nexus 7. I downloaded the root kit, watched a couple of "how to" videos and read the guide. I'm totally thinking I have this down pat. So I launch the root kit and click the "unlock" button. The error for drivers pops up. So I go to the "driver Installation button" and tried to automatically and manually install the drivers with no luck. So I'm stuck at one of the very first steps. Does anyone have any pointers as to how I can get the drivers installed. I'm using Windows 7 on my laptop in case that helps.

I read a little more and did a little more searching. I found some drivers that worked and it looks like I'm on my way.

Are these the drivers you used? For anyone else with driver issues, these seem to fix the problem. These are the ones for PdaNet that I and many others have used with success.
