Root Root help, please

Hey im new to this rooting stuff, so far ive sucessfully rooted my phone via towelroot. Ran the root checker, sucess. I have supersu and i updated the su binary file. My goal is to update my phone with the newest roms, firmware, and kernels. SOS! Im new to this world, someone school me on what i need to do.

My phone is a lg ms500
 
You need to buy an external micro sd-card. I recommend installing the latest version of TWRP for the F6. Game Theory's Xperion ROM is the most stable. Most importantly only flash ROMs that are made for the device and always make a backup of your stock ROM before flashing anything in recovery.
 
If you have the ov5693 camera/12b version of the phone, I highly recommend checking out my guide. I go step by step through everything on how to get the best possible experience at the moment IMO
